We seek a flexible, resourceful and positive individual who is excited to leverage the power of culture and entertainment to make lasting change in the world. The primary function of this position is to support our Client Services team in delivering for the agency’s individual, cause, and brand clients. Key methods through which you will do this include:

Research and Analysis

  • Research social impact opportunities in specified sectors, through phone calls, interviews, and online research (among other methods); distill key points and offer strategic insights on the information gathered

  • Compile research and data for impact reports

  • Monitor trends and changes in media, political, brand and nonprofit landscapes

Project Management and Execution

  • Develop, update, and maintain project plans

  • Manage and coordinate against project plan to ensure delivery of tasks from various internal departments

  • Establish strong working relationships across internal departments

  • Prepare for and helping to execute against events

Client Services Support

  • Interface with client support teams as appropriate

  • Develop first drafts of presentations, impact reports, memos, and client updates

  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas. Prepare notes and action item recaps from all meetings, communicate and track action items

  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)

  • Maintain project budget and track expenditures and invoices as appropriate
