We seek a flexible, resourceful and positive individual who is excited to leverage the power of culture and entertainment to make lasting change in the world. The primary function of this position is to manage several social impact accounts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to think creatively, boldly, and practically about how to tackle some of the biggest social issues of today. Key methods through which you will do this include:

Strategy Development and Internal Coordination/Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal departments (digital, research, marketing, etc.) to develop and refine client strategies

  • Keep the team organized, bridging communication between the various internal departments to ensure everyone has the time and resources to execute against project timelines

  • Establish strong working relationships across internal departments

  • Monitor trends and changes in media, political, brand and nonprofit landscapes

  • Conduct research, with the ability to distill key points and offer strategic insights on the information gathered

Client Day-to-Day Support:

  • Provide strategic advice to further client’s goals

  • Lead communications with each of your clients through weekly check-ins and other touch points to provide updates, strategic advice, answer questions, and ensure continued alignment and client satisfaction

Project Management and Execution:

  • Following the Propper Daley process guidelines, provide superior project management for client strategy development, execution, and follow-up

  • Plan, prepare, and execute social impact activations and events

  • Create agendas, reports, and all other written materials needed for client strategy development, execution, and follow-up. Communicate and track action items

  • Develop impact reports

  • Manage external partnerships and engage stakeholders as appropriate

  • Develop and manage against project timelines, including managing across internal departments;  continually update and maintain project timelines

  • Establish project management best practices and troubleshoot project flow solutions across range of client projects and priorities
